Checking a packet's status is free of charge and will tell you if your packet has registered or not.
By performing a packet quick check, you can inquire into the status of a packet of work previously submitted to ISC for processing.
Your packet detailed check will display the packet information as either:

Your packet detailed check will display the packet information as either:
- Complete;
- In progress;
- Accepted;
- Rejected.
NOTE: Packet Detailed can check the status of multiple packets submitted using the client number under which you are currently signed in.
The selection criteria available for detailed checks include:
- The last number of packets processed (up to 999).
- Packet numbers and the reference numbers quoted on your packet cover sheets.
How To Perform a Packet Detailed Check
A Detailed Check search will query packets submitted by the client who is currently signed in. To perform this type of search:
- Select the Packet Detailed Check link.
- The Detailed Check search screen will display.
- The Detailed Check search screen will display.
- Highlight the radio button corresponding to the method you wish to conduct your search. Three packet information search methods are available:
- Most recent packets.
- 10 is the default maximum. You can modify this amount up to a maximum of 999 packets.
- Packet number.
- Client reference number.
- As referenced on the packet cover page submitted.
- Most recent packets.
- Select SEARCH.
- A Search Result screen displays.
- A result displaying “No records found” indicates that ISC has no record of any packets being submitted by the user currently signed in.
