The most common reason why a corporation is struck from the registry is for not filing its annual return or financial statements. Where annual filings are concerned, a non-profit corporation will be struck from the Registry If an annual return and financial statements are not received within 30 days from the date on the final notice correspondence.
Striking a corporation off the Register is not the same as dissolving the corporation.
Please note: The Corporate Registry cannot provide advice about your incorporation. You should contact a lawyer to discuss your legal concerns or an accountant to discuss your financial concerns.
