April 15, 2026, Fee Adjustment Details – Breakdown

Effective April 15, 2026, select fees will increase in the Saskatchewan Land Registry, Saskatchewan Personal Property Registry and the Saskatchewan Corporate Registry.:

Land Registry Fees:

The fee for Registration of Postponements - will increase from $25 to $30.

Registration of Tax Liens, or Public Utility Easements - will increase from $30 to $35.

Amendment of Public Utility Easements - will increase from $30 to $35.

Assignment of Public Utility Easements - will increase from $30 to $35.

Registration of all Other Interests - will increase from $55 to $60.

Amendment of all Other Interests - will increase from $55 to $60.

Assignment of all Other Interests - will increase from $55 to $60.

Amendment of Mortgage - will increase from $55 to $60.

Assignment of Mortgage - will increase from $55 to $60.

Registration of Mortgage - $0 to $249,999.99 - will increase from $180 to $200.

Registration of Mortgage - Mortgage $250,000 to $500,000 - will increase from $250 to $275.

Registration of Mortgage from $500,000.01 to $750,000 - will increase from $500 to $525.

Registration of Mortgage from $750,000.01 to $1,000,000 will increase from $750 to $775.

 

Saskatchewan Personal Property Registry Fees:

The fee to amend general registration types will increase from $12. to $13.

The $1 amendment fee increase will apply to the following registration types:

  • PPSA
  • Commercial Lien
  • Sale of Goods
  • PPSA Crown Interest
  • Seizure of Criminal Property
  • Summary Offences Procedure Act

 

Corporate Registry Fees:

The fee for Name Search and Reservation for Not-For-Profit Entity - will increase from $30 to $35.
