If you are from a province not included in the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), you may cancel your extra-provincial limited liability partnership online via the Corporate Registry application or using forms.If you are a Saskatchewan limited liability partnership registered extra-provincially in a province not included in the NWPTA, you must visit the registry in the province where you are registered extra-provincially to cancel your registration.

- If you are cancelling a registration in Alberta, fill out an Extra-provincial Limited Liability Partnership Registration Amendment/Cancellation Statement for Alberta.
