If you are a Saskatchewan limited liability partnership registered extra-provincially in a province not included in the NWPTA, you must visit the registry in the province where you are registered extra-provincially to cancel your registration.
New West Partnership
The NWPTA reduces barriers to trade, investment, and labour movement in the provinces of Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, and Manitoba. The agreement impacts processes and fees for registering extra-provincial businesses in the western provinces.
