Information to Obtain Condominium Corporation Number - Instructions

Use the Information to Obtain Condominium Corporation Number when you are establishing a new condominium corporation, including a corporation created by amalgamation.

Number of approved plan

This number can be found on the Certificate of Approval issued by the Controller of Surveys.

Location of condominium

This information will be used by the Corporate Registry, to help clients find information about condominiums in the Corporate Registry. You may use, for example, the legal land description of the parcel, the parcel number, or the actual site address.

Name of condominium corporation

Check one of the options. If you wish the condominium corporation to be set up using the standard name based on the entity number issued by the Corporate Registry, please check the applicable box. If you have received approval for a specific name from the Corporate Registry, please check the applicable box and attach a copy of the valid reservation letter from the Corporate Registry. A name is reserved only until the date indicated in the letter.

* If your name reservation letter has expired by the date your packet is submitted, the Corporate Registry will set up the new condominium corporation using the standard name.

Condominium corporation address for service

The address for service should be that shown on the approved condominium plan.

Name and address of applicant(s) incorporating condominium

Enter the full the name of the developer - either the corporate name or, if applicable, the individual’s name (last, first, second, third). Also provide address, phone number, fax number and email address, if available. If there are more than two applicants, please complete the information required for the applicant on an additional plain sheet of paper and attach.
