Privacy awareness training: ISC’s personal information management program requires all ISC personnel to complete privacy training courses, and general staff education and training to enhance awareness of responsibilities and commitment to the proper handling of customers’ personal information in accordance with ISC’s policies and procedures. Non-compliance with these policies and procedures may result in corrective and/or disciplinary action, according to ISC’s Human Resources policies.
Privacy Impact Assessments: All major modifications to existing business processes, business systems and new business processing initiatives that have any bearing on personal information must have a privacy impact assessment performed. This process will be in a form approved by the Privacy Officer and is intended to identify areas of potential non-compliance with the requirements of this Privacy Policy and the 10 Privacy Principles contained herein.
