The Controller of Surveys, Registrar of Titles, Registrar of Personal Property Security, Registrar of Corporations and Registrar of Co-operatives have issued the following orders for the restoration of previously suspended services of Saskatchewan registries operated by ISC:
- 20251010 - Controller of Surveys Order for Restoration of Services - Canada Post
- 20251010 - Registrar of Titles Order for Suspension of Restoration - Canada Post
- 20251010 - Registrar of Personal Property Security Restoration Order - Canada Post
- 20251010 - Registrar of Corporations Restoration Order - Canada Post
These orders reverse the suspension orders issued on Sep. 25, 2025.
Delays may be expected as Canada Post resumes services. Please ensure your filings are up to date in all registries and your entities are updated in the Corporate Registry.
