When an Old Paper-based System title is inactive at the time of conversion, the Document Type column will display 'Cancelled Title'. When an Old Paper-based System title that is active at the time of conversion, the document type column will display as 'Converted Cancel Ttl'.
Old Paper-based System titles active at the time of conversion will only be imaged at conversion when Metes & Bounds or Supervisors Notes are present on title. In their absence an Old Paper-based System title will only be imaged on request.
