If your Saskatchewan Business Corporation is no longer required to be extra-provincially registered or needs to be restarted in another province, you must visit the registry in the applicable province to cancel your registration.
If you are an extra-provincial business corporation from Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Quebec, or federal, you must file online via the Corporate Registry application. Extra-provincial business corporations from other jurisdictions may online or via forms.
Cancel your Extra-Provincial Registration:
Follow the steps below to cancel your extra-provincial registration.- Login to the Corporate Registry application.
- Select ‘File’.
- Enter your entity number or name in the ‘update entity’ field.
- Click on your entity name that displays.
- Select the 'Request for Strike Off' option.
- Complete the application and submit.
- Once your request has been processed, a message will be posted in the "Messages" tab in the Corporate Registry application.
Restart your Extra-Provincial Registration:
- Login to the Corporate Registry application
- Select ‘file’.
- Enter your Saskatchewan entity number or name in the ‘update entity’ field.
- Click on your entity name that displays.
- Select "Application to Restore Name to Register."
- Complete the application and submit.
- Once your request has been processed, a message will be posted in the "Messages" tab in the Corporate Registry application.
