Functionality of the Lock
This lock type will prohibit:
- title transfer
- interest registration
- interest postponement
- interest amendment
- interest assignment.
- registration of a judgment
This lock will not prohibit:
- alternate authority set-up
- interest discharge
- title transmission
- transfer to a surviving joint tenant
Removal of the Lock
The removal of the lock will depend upon the deficiency. If the error is with the land description, a transform to correct the deficiency may be required.
