To register your Saskatchewan co-operative in Alberta:

• Reserve a business name. For help with this please review the New West Partnership name reservations page.
• Next, fill out an Extra-Provincial Co-operative Registration Statement for Alberta form. Submit the form to the Saskatchewan Corporate Registry email at [email protected].
• The Corporate Registry will facilitate your registration in Alberta. When the registration has been processed, the Alberta Registrar will send confirmation of the transaction to your attorney for service in that province.  

To register your Saskatchewan co-operative in British Columbia:

• Reserve a business name. For help with this please review the New West Partnership name reservations page.
• Next, fill out a British Columbia Form 13(N) Registration Statement - Extra-Provincial Cooperative Association form. Submit the form to the Saskatchewan Corporate Registry email at [email protected],
• The Corporate Registry will facilitate your registration in British Columbia. When the registration has been processed, British Columbia Registry Services will send you confirmation of the registration.

To register your Saskatchewan co-operative in Manitoba:

• Reserve a business name for your extra-provincial business. 
• Next, fill out a Manitoba Register a Co-operative form. Submit by email at 

  [email protected]

• The Corporate Registry will facilitate your registration in Manitoba. When the registration has been processed, Manitoba Companies Office will send you confirmation of the registration.
