If you are making a change in Alberta, the Alberta Corporate Registry will send confirmation to your attorney for service in that province.
In British Columbia, the type of change you make will determine who gets confirmation. Confirmation of a name change will be sent to you. Confirmation of an address change will be sent to your co-operative’s previous mailing address, while confirmation of an attorney change will be sent both to you and to the ceasing attorney.
ISC will not know the status of your name change in Alberta, British Columbia or Manitoba. Please contact either Alberta or British Columbia directly for information.
Other Extra Provincial Co-operatives
Extra Provincial co-operatives not included in the NWP trade agreement may conduct maintenance and amendments to their business via the Corporate Registry application using the same process as a local business.
